Personality

She is just like the B you know and love, with a few differences. For she takes deceit and manipulation to a whole new level. Manhattan is her playground and most mortals are considered to be her playthings. Blair can often be sadistic and impulsively violent to whomever is foolish enough to cross her — even with something minor. Get her order wrong, screw up her dry cleaning, stain her favorite dress... it may just cost you your life. God help the poor soul that happens to break her heart...

The future title of Queen of Hell often gets to her head and is overly ambitious to impress her birth-father to gain his attention, approval, and hopefully one day... inherit the throne. Whether that be by harvesting desperate bargained souls, or managing Hell itself due to his irresponsible absence.

This does not mean she lacks a softer side, however. Blair puts up a hard front to most, but she will do anything for those she loves and cares about.

Powers, Abilities, and Weaknesses

Depending on how powerful Blair’s influence is will vary what abilities she can do. She can be strengthened by devouring the hearts of mortals, feeding off other’s misery, convincing mortals to sacrifice and kill in her name, performing a specific ritual... etc.

Low Level Powers

  • Immortality: Once she hits her mid-twenties, she will cease from aging.

  • Enhanced Strength: Don’t let her small, slim figure fool you. Blair is able to rip a human body to pieces with her bare hands. Will she? It depends what she is wearing that day.

  • Transformation: At will, Blair can reveal her demonic appearance. It is similar to her normal form, except she has two horns growing at the top of her skull. Her nails become curved black claws. Finally with her eyes becoming either purely black or a fiery red.

  • Astral Perception: Mortal eyes are only able to see mere glimpses of spirits from on occasion, but Blair is able to see them clearly. Good and malice spirits alike. She can tell how and when they died. She can also communicate with them. No ouija board necessary!

  • Acute Senses: All five of her human senses are enhanced. Most notably her sense of smell.

  • Electromagnetic Interference: Depending on her mood, Blair can disrupt electronic devices with her presence. If extremely angry, there is a good chance she can blow out the entire power grid on her street - or even all of Manhattan.

  • Teleportation: No need for this demoness to take a taxi, or commit social suicide via subway transportation. So long as Blair is welcome, she can come and go as she pleases in a blink of an eye. That includes from traveling to and from Hell and the mortal world.

  • Conjuration: Too lazy to order your maid to make a mimosa? No problem! As Blair can make one appear with little to no effort.

  • Spell Casting: More like hexes and curses she will cast on anyone foolish enough to cross her. These can vary from inflicting grotesque STDs or other hideous bodily deformities to well placed personalized curses.

  • Deal Making: Blair is always looking to make deals with desperate mortals. Whether she is directly summoned or sees and seduces a potential client. Whatever you desire, it can be yours — for a price. She knows most won’t read the fine print anyhow.

Mid-Level Powers

  • Shadow Walking: In any amount of darkness Blair is able to manifest herself — even through the smallest shadow. She can even hide in these areas of darkness, invisible to the mortal eye to either eavesdrop, spy, or stalk.

  • Biokinesis: She is able to manipulate the biology in most living things. From causing a hemorrhoid to literally exploding one’s head if pushed enough.

  • Pyrokinesis: With one snap of her fingers, Blair can summon flames from the depths of Hell and bend it at will to do her bidding.

  • Telepathy/Soul Reading: Like her father, she is able to see the desires of one’s heart and soul — even all of the deeds that define that soul.

  • Thermokinesis: If angry enough, Blair’s flesh will radiate this intense heat that will burn upon contact.

  • Telekinesis: A classic for all demons. Throwing mortals across the sky and having them tumble helplessly onto the ground like rag dolls is a great pastime!

  • Demonic Exorcism/Control: Being the heiress, Blair has authority over all demons. By her word alone, she can cast them back to Hell or summon them to her presence to serve her every whim. This also includes the hellhounds, for she and her father are the only two beings that can control the beasts.

High Level Powers

  • Possession: A rare occurrence, but possible for her to do. So long as the original host is gone or they are susceptible to the supernatural.

  • Dream Walking: Much like the shadows, Blair can also transport her subconscious into others and bend the dream to her liking. Often it is used to torment her enemies to madness.

  • Memory Manipulation: If need be, certain memories can be erased from the minds of mortals.

  • Cryokinesis: Anyone that thinks Hell is only a fiery pit is fooling themselves. For the deepest layer is reserved for the worst of the worst and filled with ice. Like fire, it can also be summoned and bent to her will.

  • Resurrection: Reviving the dead is her most powerful ability. There is always a price, however. The person brought back will still have their personality and memories before their death, but they are no longer human. Instead they are often vengeful bloodthirsty demons that will serve Blair for eternity out of mere gratitude.

Weaknesses

  • Crucifixes: Any mortal wearing one near her is protected from having their soul read or becoming fatally injured. It can also cause migraines for the heiress. The cross burns her flesh on contact. Any crucifix mounted in a home can prevent her from entering.

  • Holy Water: Not as effective as the cross, but it can repel her away temporarily if made as a barrier.

  • Mortality: Being only half demon - half mortal means she is not immune to disease or pain — or in a rare circumstance, death.

  • Exorcism: Any demon can be cast back to Hell, including Blair.

  • Sacred Ground: Blessed and dedicated land cannot be penetrated by any demon. Mortals that seek refuge from her wrath will find safety inside churches and their holy grounds.

  • Salt: If desperate, one can create a temporary barrier around themselves or place it around all window sills and doorways.

  • Overuse of Power: Even the heiress has her limits. Using too much of her abilities back to back can put her in a weakened state. Her nose will bleed and if not satiated, she will collapse from exhaustion.

  • Morality: Again having to do with being partially human, Blair is capable of feeling guilt and remorse, or, dare say, compassion. It has been drilled into her head time and time again by her own birth father that emotions are weakness.

  • Ravenous Hunger: In order for Blair to access her more advanced abilities, she must feed upon the hearts of mortals, but she must also feed because it is essential. However, Blair is guilty of binge eating such when feeling insecure. In this stage she will become her most dangerous and reckless with her abilities.
